Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire bank or financial institution and addressing all incidents and situations that might arise within the facility. Specifically, our security officers employed at banks have following responsibilities:

Patrol areas and check doors, gates and windows for signs of unauthorized entry; watch for irregularities (e.g. fire hazards, leaking water pipes, lights left on, malfunctions of equipment or machinery, unlocked security doors) and report incidents or problems to the appropriate person.

Record times of inspections and presence of authorized persons.

Respond to alarms, sound alarms, check alarm systems, provide escort for payroll deliveries.

Observe and report suspects to police, or apprehend offenders when appropriate and detain them until police arrival

Construction Sites
The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire construction site and addressing all incidents and emergencies. Our Security Officers improve the safety provided to the construction site and safeguard the commercial value of the site. They ensure that the visitors follow safety instructions. As part of his/her day-to-day duties, Security Officers can be expected to do the following:

Provide Basic First Aid and per perform Fire Safety Drills.

Hotels & Resorts
The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire Hotel and addressing all incidents and emergencies. Security Officers improve the safety provided to the Hotel visitors and safeguard the commercial value of the property. They also ensure that the guests and visitors use the facilities safely. As part of his/her day-to-day duties, Security Officers can be expected to do the following:

Conduct security patrols.

Theft prevention

Provide help and assistance to guests.

Conduct car park patrols.

Provide Basic first aid and per perform fire safety duties.

Deal with drunk and disorderly guests.
-
Handle with guest room incidents.

Participate in events within the Hotel.

Conflict management and conflict resolution.

Make a civil arrest.

Liaise with the police.


Health Care

Responding to assistance calls for disorderly patients and visitors

Responding to emergency alarms such as fire, and security sensitive areas alarms

Unlocking and relocking of doors

Reporting problem areas in facilities to the appropriate departments

The Security Officers are responsible for monitoring the entire shopping mall and addressing all emergencies. Security Officers improve the safety provided to the mall visitors and also safeguard the commercial value of the asset. They also ensure that the customers and visitors use the facilities safely. As part of his/her day-to-day duties Security Officers can be expected to do the following:
